Breakdown cover from the RAC comes top for customer service

The RAC breakdown service has been ranked as the top breakdown cover provider for its excellence in customer service.

In a recent poll the RAC came out on top on a satisfaction survey as the best in the UK.

A spokes person from the RAC rescue service stated that the company was very proud of this achievement and that it clearly demonstrates their ability to deliver exceptional service to their breakdown members when they call for help.

The RAC has over a network of around 2,000 patrol vehicles, more than any other breakdown provider in the UK. Plus they claim that their response time is around 40 minutes in most cases.
